A Review of Women Harassment and Litigation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan

Abstract

The study's findings will provide valuable insights into the experiences of women facing harassment in KP, highlighting barriers to reporting and accessing justice. The research will identify systemic gaps and recommend policy reforms, support services, and awareness campaigns to promote gender equality and safety. By shedding light on this critical issue, this study aims to inform evidence-based interventions, advocate for women's rights, and contribute to a safer, more inclusive environment for women in KP. The research's outcomes will be crucial for policymakers, practitioners, and activists working to address gender-based violence and promote women's empowerment in Pakistan.
