1. AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Paper Format
Authors are invited to submit their contributions in form of high quality articles for IOARP conference proceedings and journals. Articles must present original and unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere. Each submission will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. Article review process needs a lot of effort and time on part of our reviewers and the admin staff. Authors repeatedly failing to publish papers with us after acceptance will be barred from submitting to future IOARP conference proceedings and journals.
Article Formatting
IOARP only accepts papers in Microsoft Word format. Submitted papers must strictly conform to the IOARP Article Template. Please note that the articles not conforming to the prescribed template will not be considered for a review. IOARP Article Template in Microsoft Word format can be downloaded using the links below.

All author submissions will be accepted through IOARP Editorial System (IES) at www.IES.ioarp.org. To be able to submit an article for a review in IOARP journals, authors will be required to use their IES Author Account.
IES Author Account provides authors with facilities such as: online submission of articles to IOARP conferences and journals; access reviewer decisions and feedback; communicate with the Editors and TPC Chairs; upload updated or camera ready versions of their articles; upload copyright forms and receipts of payments, and access their article submission history. Once created, the IES Author Account can be used for all future submissions to IOARP conferences and journals.
To submit a paper, please login to your IES Author Account. Select Submit Paper option from the top menu, enter authorship and paper details, select your desired conference or journal from the list of open conferences or journals, upload your article in Microsoft Word Format, and click 'Submit Paper' button to submit your paper. You will receive a confirmation email after submission and your submitted article will be instantly available under the Submission History section of your IES Author Account.
